The Taktvoll TNCL1034C is a reusable tungsten needle electrode designed for ultra-fine cutting with simultaneous coagulation in delicate surgical procedures such as plastic surgery, neurosurgery, ophthalmology and otolaryngology. It provides controlled, localized electrosurgical energy delivery for minimal collateral tissue effect.

Features
  • High-precision cutting: ultra-fine needle tip with a curvature radius of 50 μm, enabling sub-millimeter cutting accuracy and reduced damage to adjacent tissues.
  • Simultaneous cutting and coagulation: high-frequency current application allows cutting and coagulation at the same time, reducing intraoperative bleeding and improving visibility of the surgical field.
  • High heat resistance and edge retention: tungsten tip (melting point >3400 °C) maintains sharpness under elevated temperatures for consistent cutting performance and extended service life compared to stainless-steel tips.
  • Low-power operation to minimize side effects: efficient at low power levels, delivering electrosurgical waveforms to micro areas to limit tissue necrosis and surgical smoke.
  • Insulated design for surgical safety: shaft with heat-resistant polymer insulation and high dielectric strength; only 3 mm of the tip is exposed to prevent accidental burns and limit collateral damage.
  • Reusable: compatible with multiple uses to lower device cost and environmental impact.
