Description

Taktvoll TNFS112A is a reusable tungsten needle electrode engineered for high-precision cutting and simultaneous coagulation in delicate surgical procedures such as plastic surgery, neurosurgery, ophthalmic surgery and otolaryngology.

Features
  • High-precision cutting: Ultra-fine needle tip with a curvature radius of 50 μm, enabling sub-millimeter cutting precision and minimizing damage to surrounding tissues.
  • Simultaneous cutting and coagulation: High-frequency current technology allows cutting and coagulation at the same time, reducing intraoperative bleeding and improving the surgical field.
  • High heat resistance and sharpness retention: Needle tip made of high-melting-point tungsten (>3400 °C) to maintain sharpness and resist dulling in high-temperature conditions, offering superior durability compared with conventional stainless steel tips.
  • Low-power operation to minimize side effects: Effective at low generator power, concentrates waveform to micro areas to reduce tissue necrosis and surgical smoke, improving precision.
  • Insulated design for enhanced surgical safety: Needle shaft with heat-resistant polymer insulation and high dielectric strength; only 3 mm of the needle tip is exposed to prevent accidental burns and limit collateral tissue damage.
  • Reusable: Supports multiple uses to reduce device cost and align with environmental sustainability.
