Analytical Isolator Ex is an ATEX-certified inertized isolator engineered for analytical operations with solvents. It uses nitrogen pressurization to inertize the main chamber and lateral pass-throughs, reducing residual oxygen to approximately 2–3%. The unit includes automation for weighing and process management, with alarms, access control and operation logging.
Main features- Nitrogen pressurization to inertize the main chamber and lateral pass-through, achieving residual oxygen levels below ~2–3%.
- Automated inertization cycle (chamber wash with nitrogen) initiated at machine start.
- Management system for weighing process parameters including exhaust adjustment, lighting control, differential pressure monitoring (main chamber and lateral pass-through), pressure regulation, filter change monitoring and oxygen control.
- Alarms, parameter setup and management, operation time records and program-based access control.
