Isolator designed for small-scale synthesis with an integrated vacuum dryer and operation in an inertized atmosphere for use with solvents. The unit is ATEX certified and equipped with an automation system for inertization, process parameter control and operational traceability.

Functions and main systems

• Pressurization with nitrogen to inertize the main chamber and the side transfer/pass-through.
• Automatic inertization sequence that flushes chambers with nitrogen until residual oxygen is reduced below 2–3%, enabling safe solvent handling.
• Integrated vacuum dryer — "Ex" version.
• Automation system managing machine start-up, inertization phases and operational cycles.
• Complete weighing process management: extraction system adjustment, lighting control, differential pressure display in the main chamber and transfer, pressure control and oxygen monitoring.
• Maintenance monitoring and management: filter change notifications, alarms, parameter settings and process logging with recording of operating times.
• Program access control to protect safety and equipment operation.
