This fractioning and weighing isolator is designed for inertised handling of solvents and hazardous powders in ATEX environments. The unit integrates nitrogen pressurization and an automated inertization cycle to lower residual oxygen to safe levels prior to operations, ensuring safe handling of flammable materials.
Key features :- Nitrogen pressurization with automated inertization cycle to reduce residual oxygen levels below 2–3% before operation.
- Automation and process management system for start-up sequence, inertization control, alarms, parameter setup and management, operation time logging and access control to programs.
- Integrated monitoring and control of exhaust system, lighting, differential pressure (main chamber and pass-through), pressure control, filter change alerts and oxygen monitoring.
- Workshop-tested unit with available demonstration videos showing the airlock (sas) opening system and drum elevator.
