Description
Isolators for manipulation of highly active substances (containment levels OEB 5 - OEB 6), engineered to interface with process and production equipment. Solutions are built to customer specifications with multiple functional configurations for weighing, filling, slurry preparation and operations in controlled atmospheres.

- Containment: designed for handling highly active ingredients with certifications and configurations up to OEB 5 / OEB 6 (e.g. OEL < 1 µg/m³ for OEB 5).
- Structure and compartmentalization: versions with transfer airlock for material input/output and work chamber divided into sections (e.g. two or three sections); split front access and multiple module options for extended configurations.
- Integrated process equipment: custom glass vessels for slurry preparation, supports and agitator shafts in AISI 316L stainless steel with removable impellers.
- Drives and control: Ex-rated motor located in the technical compartment, operable via touch screen panel; possibility of Ex-compliant bases and terminals (e.g. Ex 1/21 internal, Ex 2/22 external terminal).
- Auxiliary systems: automatic CIP, automatic WFI, integrated weighing systems and nitrogen inertization with oxygen monitoring to maintain negative pressure and operational compliance.
- Dedicated configurations: versions for filling and weighing of active materials with integrated weighing system and Ex-compliant base.
