Product OverviewLabotemp Vacuum Furnace FVA-07 is an 8 L laboratory vacuum/controlled-atmosphere furnace designed for stable high-temperature processing up to 1400°C. The 200 × 200 × 120 mm box-type chamber, SiC rod heating elements and 5 kW power deliver rapid, uniform heating suitable for research, material development and pilot tests. Pre-vacuum capability allows reduced-oxygen and inert-gas treatments to limit oxidation and control atmosphere-sensitive processes.
Key Benefits- High-temperature capability up to 1400°C for sintering and heat treatment.
- Efficient SiC rod heating for fast ramp-up and uniform temperature distribution.
- Pre-vacuum processing for low-oxygen or inert-atmosphere applications to minimize oxidation.
- Box-type design optimized for laboratory and R&D use.
Features- Box-style chamber: 200 × 200 × 120 mm (8 L) suitable for samples and small batches.
- Maximum temperature: 1400°C; recommended working temperature: 1300°C.
- SiC rod heating elements for rapid heating, energy efficiency and long life under thermal cycling.
- Pre-vacuum operation (no integrated pump by default) to enable controlled-atmosphere treatments.
- 5 kW heating power for fast heat-up while maintaining thermal uniformity.
Optional Accessories- Pump (vacuum system)
