Product overviewLabotemp Vacuum Furnace FVA-15 is an ultra-large-capacity, ultra-high-temperature vacuum/atmosphere furnace designed for demanding thermal processing in industrial and research laboratories. The furnace features a 36 L chamber (300×400×300 mm), maximum temperature 1700°C and recommended working temperature up to 1600°C. It supports pre-vacuum heat treatment, inert-gas atmosphere processing, high-temperature sintering and vacuum annealing for ceramics, alloys, composites and powder metallurgy. MoSi₂ rod heaters deliver fast response, uniform heating and long service life. The unit is configured at 380V / 13 kW for rapid heat-up and stable uniformity for large parts and pilot batches. Water-cooling protection is required at top temperatures to ensure safe continuous operation, making the FVA-15 suitable for aerospace, semiconductor, defense and industrial R&D laboratories.
