Description

Product overview
Labotemp Vacuum Furnace FVA-09 is a laboratory vacuum/atmosphere furnace with an 18 L chamber (250 × 300 × 250 mm) and a maximum temperature of 1400°C (working up to 1300°C). It is designed for controlled-atmosphere and pre-vacuum thermal processing of ceramics, metals, composites and powder metallurgy samples in research and small‑batch industrial environments.

Design & heating
The furnace uses SiC rod heating elements for rapid response, energy-efficient operation and uniform temperature distribution. A 6 kW heating power provides fast heat-up and supports consistent process repeatability. The box-type chamber and pre-vacuum capability allow reduced-oxygen or inert-gas processes to limit oxidation during high-temperature treatments.

Why choose Labotemp Vacuum Furnace FVA-09?
  • High-temperature operation up to 1400°C with a 1300°C working range.
  • Uniform heating from SiC rod elements for consistent results across samples.
  • Pre-vacuum processing support for low-oxygen or inert-atmosphere treatments.
  • Suitable for university labs, R&D centers and industrial material development.

Features
  • 18 L chamber (250 × 300 × 250 mm) for medium to large samples and small-batch runs.
  • SiC rod heating elements for fast, even heating and long service life.
  • 6 kW power rating for rapid heat-up and throughput.
  • Box-type design for stable temperature control and uniform heat zone.
  • Pre-vacuum capability (no integrated vacuum pump) for oxidation-sensitive processes.

Applications
  • Ceramic sintering, annealing and degassing.
  • Powder metallurgy and composite heat treatments under controlled atmosphere.
  • Prototyping and electronic component processing requiring oxidation control.
  • Material research in universities, institutes and development labs.
