Introduction
CO2 incubators provide controlled temperature, humidity and CO2 concentration to support cell culture and reduce contamination risk. BIOBASE offers the BJPX-C series in two capacities (80 L and 160 L) with air-jacket design and UV sterilization for routine laboratory and research use.

Features
  • IR infrared CO2 sensor using dual‑channel, dual‑filter technology (with calibration certificate).
  • Inner chamber in 304 stainless steel with electrochemical finish and semicircular corners for easier cleaning.
  • Sloped bottom for efficient drainage to prevent evaporator icing and improve temperature uniformity.
  • Evaporator intake with Sanhua solenoid valve and compartmentalized operation to avoid frosting and ensure rapid, stable cooling.
  • Timed segmented control program enabling preset cultivation time and temperature with automatic adjustment.
  • High‑efficiency heating tubes providing uniform heating around the inner chamber.
  • Electrical protections and alarms: leakage current and over‑voltage protectors; alarms for over‑temperature, under‑temperature, over‑concentration and under‑concentration of CO2.
