Labotemp Horizontal Tube Furnace FMT-02 is a laboratory tube furnace designed for precision heat treatment up to 1200°C (working temperature ≤1100°C). It features a ∮80 mm high-purity quartz tube with an 80×205 mm chamber and a 205 mm single heating zone. The horizontal design facilitates easy sample loading and uniform heating. The furnace uses resistance wire heating elements with PID automatic control and provides ±1°C accuracy and ±5°C uniformity. It supports 30-segment programmable temperature curves for controlled thermal profiling in research and industrial processes.
