Product OverviewLabotemp High-Temperature Tube Furnace FMT-13 is a precision laboratory tube furnace designed for extreme thermal processing up to 1700°C (working ≤1550°C). It features a ∮40 mm corundum tube, a 205 mm single-zone horizontal heating zone and 800 mm total tube length. MoSi₂ heating rods with PID control and 30-segment time–temperature programming deliver ±1°C accuracy and ±5°C uniformity. S/B-type thermocouple option and an alumina ceramic-fiber chamber ensure stable, efficient operation in a compact 630×590×767 mm footprint.
Key Features- Ultra-high temperature capability: MoSi₂ heating rods enabling 1700°C maximum.
- Precision PID control with phase-angle fired current-limiting for repeatable thermal profiles.
- 30-segment time–temperature programming for reproducible cycles.
- Single-zone horizontal design suitable for controlled-atmosphere or vacuum configurations.
- Furnace tube options: high-purity quartz or corundum (standard: corundum).
Applications- High-temperature material synthesis, sintering, annealing, calcination and crystal growth for ceramics, metals, semiconductors and advanced materials R&D and production.
