Labotemp Quartz Tube Furnace FMT-05 is a precision laboratory/industrial tube furnace rated to 1200°C (working ≤1100°C). It includes a ∮40 mm quartz tube, 440 mm standard heating zone and 1000 mm total tube length. Resistance-wire heating, PID automatic control and 30-segment programmable profiles deliver ±1°C accuracy and ±5°C uniformity. Ramp rate is 0–20°C/min and the chamber is lined with alumina ceramic fiber for thermal efficiency in a compact 740×420×668 mm footprint.
