Labotemp Vacuum Tube Furnace FMT-04 is a compact, high-efficiency vacuum tubular furnace for precision heat treatment up to 1200°C (working ≤1100°C). It features a ∮80 mm quartz tube, 350 mm heating zone, 1000 mm total tube length and an 80×350 mm chamber. Resistance-wire heating with PID automatic control and 30-segment programmable profiles deliver ±1°C accuracy and ±5°C uniformity. The oxidation-free design and alumina ceramic-fiber insulation ensure thermal efficiency.
