Labotemp Quartz Tube Furnace FMT-06 is a precision laboratory tube furnace designed for uniform heat treatment up to 1200°C (recommended working temperature ≤1100°C). It features a high-purity ∮80 mm quartz tube, a single 440 mm heating zone and a total tube length of 1000 mm. Resistance-wire heating with PID control and 30-segment programmable time–temperature curves delivers ±1°C accuracy and ±5°C uniformity. The alumina ceramic-fiber chamber improves thermal efficiency. The horizontal tube layout facilitates loading and supports controlled-atmosphere or vacuum configurations with optional accessories.
