Overview
Labotemp quartz tube furnace FMT-06 is a precision laboratory tube furnace designed for uniform heat treatment up to 1200°C (recommended working temperature ≤1100°C). It features a high-purity ∮80 mm quartz tube, a single 440 mm heating zone and a total tube length of 1000 mm. Resistive wire heating with PID control and 30-segment programmable time–temperature curves provides ±1°C accuracy and ±5°C uniformity. An alumina ceramic-fiber chamber lining improves thermal efficiency. The horizontal tubular configuration eases loading and supports controlled-atmosphere or vacuum setups with optional accessories.
