Product Overview
Labotemp FMT-15 is a high-temperature horizontal tube furnace designed for industrial research and advanced materials processing. Rated to 1700°C (working ≤1550°C), it features a ∅40 mm corundum tube, 350 mm effective heating zone and 1200 mm total tube length. MoSi₂ heating elements, B-type thermocouple and PID control with 30-segment programming provide ±1°C accuracy and ±5°C uniformity. Alumina ceramic-fiber insulation and a ramp rate of 0–20°C/min ensure stable and repeatable thermal cycles.
