Condensate drainage function
The air compressor includes an internal condenser tube that stores water condensed from hot vapor. On startup, a solenoid valve controls high-speed airflow to atomize and spray the condensed water out of the condenser tube. On shutdown, the solenoid valve uses high-speed airflow to blow moisture from the riser tube, reducing moisture ingress to the molecular sieve tower and improving oxygen production efficiency and molecular sieve lifetime.

Porous muffler hose function
The porous hose is mounted in the inlet muffler box and the denitrogenation muffler box. When higher-noise airflow passes through the small holes of the hose, acoustic energy is largely converted to mechanical energy, thereby reducing compressor noise and noise during denitrogenation.
