Description

The Astrolabe Rearfoot 3.5 system comprises a wide array of anatomically contoured plates designed to address the diverse surgical demands of the rearfoot and midfoot.

The system is indicated for multiple reconstructive and fusion procedures, including:
  • TMT1 (first tarsometatarsal) arthrodesis
  • Calcaneocuboid (CC) arthrodesis
  • Talonavicular (TN) arthrodesis
  • Naviculocuneiform (NC) arthrodesis
  • Isolated subtalar fusion
  • Lisfranc joint stabilization and arthrodesis, including intercuneiform fusion
  • Medial and lateral column stabilization from the talus to the metatarsals
  • Medial column lengthening procedures during intertarsal arthrodesis
  • Base osteotomies and MT1 osteotomies
  • Metatarsophalangeal (MTP) joint fusion
  • Charcot foot reconstruction
  • Fixation of calcaneal fractures and fracture displacements

The 3.5 mm platform supports locking and non-locking screw configurations, allowing angular stability, compression, and hybrid fixation techniques according to bone quality and procedural requirements. The anatomically contoured, low-profile plate designs aim to optimize fit, enhance load distribution across fusion sites, and provide stable constructs to support reliable osseous consolidation and biomechanical restoration of the rearfoot.

Note: Astrolabe sells exclusively to distributors (not end-users). This plate is part of a complete system. Please refer to the PDF for the full set of components. Plates, screws, and instruments are not sold individually.
