The Astrolabe Lapidus 2.7 mm system is indicated for medial-plantar Lapidus arthrodesis (first tarsometatarsal – TMT1 fusion), providing stable fixation for correction of first-ray instability and hallux valgus deformities.

This plating system is designed to deliver high mechanical stability within a reduced anatomical footprint, making it particularly suitable for limited surgical exposure areas. The anatomically adaptable design allows precise positioning along the medial-plantar aspect of the TMT1 joint, optimizing load distribution under physiological weight-bearing conditions.
