The Astrolabe Midfoot 2.7 system is indicated for a variety of reconstructive and fusion procedures involving the midfoot, including:

• First metatarsophalangeal (MTP1) joint arthrodesis and revision procedures
• MTP1 arthrodesis with structural iliac crest bone graft
• Metatarsal arthrodesis
• Lisfranc arthrodesis and stabilization
• Interpositional arthrodesis and revision fusion procedures

This plating system is designed to address multiple surgical demands of the midfoot, providing stable fixation through 2.7 mm locking and non-locking screw options. The anatomically contoured, low-profile plates allow optimized adaptation to midfoot anatomy, enabling controlled compression, angular stability, and reliable load distribution across fusion sites.
