The Astrolabe Arrow Plate System 3.5 mm comprises anatomically contoured plates specifically designed for the medial arch of the foot, providing enhanced biomechanical stability and optimized load distribution along the medial column.

The system is indicated for a broad spectrum of reconstructive and fusion procedures, including:

• Lapidus arthrodesis (TMT1 fusion)
• Revision of Lapidus arthrodesis
• Revision of first metatarsal base osteotomies
• Charcot foot reconstruction and stabilization of the medial column
• Medial and lateral column stabilization
• Lisfranc joint stabilization and arthrodesis
• Cotton osteotomy (medial cuneiform opening wedge osteotomy)
• Arthrodesis of the medial column
• Multiple midfoot arthrodeses
• Revision of pseudoarthrosis (non-union), including wedge graft reconstruction

The 3.5 mm platform supports locking and non-locking screw configurations, allowing angular stability, compression, and hybrid fixation techniques tailored to bone quality and surgical objectives. The anatomically shaped design aims to conform to the medial arch geometry, improving construct rigidity while minimizing soft tissue irritation.

By enhancing structural support of the medial column, the Arrow Plate System 3.5 contributes to deformity correction, restoration of foot alignment, and conditions favorable for reliable osseous consolidation.
