The
Astrolabe Revision 2.7 / 3.5 mm system is designed to provide stable three-dimensional fixation for complex forefoot revision procedures.
It is indicated for:
- Keller-Brandes procedure revisions
- First metatarsophalangeal (MTP1) joint lengthening arthrodesis
- Revision following MTP1 prosthesis failure or removal
- First metatarsal (MT1) lengthening osteotomies
The system features anatomically contoured plates engineered to restore length, alignment, and structural stability of the first ray. The design facilitates precise placement while minimizing the need for excessive plate bending or intraoperative contouring, thereby preserving mechanical integrity and ensuring optimal construct stability.
With 2.7 mm and 3.5 mm locking and non-locking screw options, the system enables angular stability, controlled compression, and hybrid fixation techniques tailored to revision scenarios, bone loss management, and complex deformity correction.
Note: Astrolabe sells exclusively to distributors (not end-users). This plate is part of a complete system. Please refer to the PDF for the full set of components. Plates, screws, and instruments are not sold individually.
