The Astrolabe Hallux Valgus 2.7 / 3.5 mm system is indicated for the surgical correction of hallux valgus deformities and Tailor’s bunion (bunionette), providing stable internal fixation for forefoot reconstructive procedures.

The system offers a comprehensive, all-in-one solution for a wide range of surgical indications, including fracture fixation, non-unions, osteotomies, joint decompression, reconstruction, arthrodesis, and fusion of small bones of the forefoot.

Utilizing 2.7 mm and 3.5 mm locking and non-locking screw options, the plates provide angular stability, controlled compression, and reliable fixation tailored to various osteotomy techniques (e.g., distal, shaft, or proximal first metatarsal procedures). The low-profile, anatomically contoured design aims to minimize soft tissue irritation while ensuring optimal biomechanical stability and alignment correction.
