Introduction
Compact real-time qPCR system designed for clinical and research laboratories. Integrates assay design support, optimized qPCR reagents compatibility, intuitive data-analysis software and flexible hardware configurations to cover routine diagnostics, research and high-throughput verification workflows.

Applications
  • Infectious disease testing and surveillance
  • Food and water pathogen detection
  • Pharmacology and drug analysis
  • Stem cell and molecular biology research
  • Oncology and genetic disease studies
  • Plant science and agricultural biotechnology

Working Principle
Thermal cycling is driven by a semiconductor Peltier module for precise temperature steps. Fluorescence is measured by a high-sensitivity PD detector. Non-contact top excitation/detection with program-controlled channel switching and motorized X–Y scanning enables full-plate (96-well) readout. Final data processing and quantification are performed by dedicated software.

Features
  • High-performance temperature control; module max ramp rate: 7.0℃/s.
  • Top excitation/detection, non-contact measurement; no edge-effect optical correction required.
  • High-sensitivity PD fluorescence detector and long-life LED excitation.
  • Configurable 4‑channel (LEIA‑X4) or 6‑channel (LEIA‑X6) detection.
  • User-friendly software with flexible protocol settings, comprehensive analysis and reporting.

Hardware
Durable thermoelectric cooling module (TEM) for reliable thermal cycling. Integrated scanning and heated-lid modules use compression springs, rubber sealing and cam/guide mechanisms to protect samples, reduce external light interference and ensure scanning accuracy.

Software
Functions include absolute quantification, relative quantification (ΔΔCt/AACT), melting curve analysis, SNP/genotyping, guided workflows, experiment templates and parameter storage for routine laboratory use.
