Introduction
The blood coagulation analyzer uses optical colorimetry to detect coagulation endpoints. When reagent is mixed with plasma, fibrinogen converts to fibrin and coagulates, causing a change in optical density that the instrument measures to determine clotting end point.

Application

• Designed to measure prothrombin time (PT), activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT), thrombin time (TT) and fibrinogen (FIB) in plasma.
