Introduction
The ducted fume hood FH(X) series is a laboratory fume hood providing negative-pressure ventilation to protect the operator and laboratory environment during chemical procedures. Room air is drawn in through the front opening and extracted via a centrifugal blower; contaminated fumes, vapours, toxic gases, aerosols and corrosive substances are routed through an active carbon filter and exhausted via ducting to the outside.
