Flake ice maker with storage bin
The MB427A produces flake ice continuously and is designed for professional applications. The production unit is stainless steel and the lower storage bin features a plastic interior with rounded corners for easy cleaning and improved hygiene. Polyurethane foam insulation helps preserve ice quality during storage.

Operation and safety
The system is managed by an electronic controller with self-diagnosis and visual alarm signals. A safety thermostat automatically stops production when the maximum level in the bin is reached. An automatic, continuous sanitization system is integrated. The condenser filter is front-removable to simplify routine maintenance.
