Product Overview
The Tibial Proximal Lateral Combination Hole Locking Plate is a specialized orthopedic fixation system developed for the treatment of fractures involving the lateral aspect of the proximal tibia, including tibial plateau fractures, metaphyseal fractures, and complex periarticular injuries. The anatomically precontoured plate provides stable fixation while supporting restoration of articular congruity and lower limb alignment.
The proximal segment features multiple locking screw trajectories designed to capture and stabilize articular and metaphyseal fragments. Combination holes located in the shaft portion allow the use of both locking and cortical screws, enabling compression and angular stable fixation techniques within the same construct.
The low-profile titanium design minimizes soft tissue irritation while maintaining high biomechanical performance.
