Product overviewThe VEGA Series rotary vial washers are engineered for aseptic processing to render containers for parenteral preparations sterile and non-pyrogenic. The machines support configurable washing sequences to optimise cleaning efficiency and comply with cGMP and FDA/EMA guidance for aseptic operations. Structural design, hygienic connections and adaptable decontamination options are built to meet sterility assurance requirements.
Highlights- Negligible maintenance impact due to accessible design.
- Ultrasonic pre-wash interface compatible with de-packing machines or rotary tables.
- Fully drainable washing circuit to avoid cross-contamination.
- Option for circuit steaming as alternative to liquid wash.
- Full access from both sides with no hidden areas to simplify maintenance and inspection.
- Washing process designed for full validation.
- Handles a wide range of containers: ampoules, vials and cartridges.
- Low-speed compact version available with integrated upstream rotary table for smaller lines.
Enhanced decontamination flexibilityDecontamination cycles are selectable according to container condition and production needs. The VEGA washer can integrate additional cleaning media, siliconizing stations and a SIP (Sterilize-In-Place) sequence to increase decontamination flexibility and support transition between production batches.
