DETECTA is a modular inspection system for in-line quality control of ready-to-use (RTU) syringes and pre-capped cartridges. The solution is composed of configurable inspection and handling modules connected by adaptable conveyors to suit various production layouts. DETECTA supports integration with high-speed fill-finish equipment and provides component-level and tub-level traceability and rejection.

Vision systems
DETECTA uses telecentric and confocal imaging systems to perform precise inspections inside the nest. These vision technologies enable high-accuracy verification of printed codes, label placement and component geometry, suitable for high-speed syringe production lines.
