Description

Overview
STERICAP is a rotary capping machine for low to medium speed requirements, designed for sealing aseptic vials. Its compact layout minimizes air turbulence, optimizes H2O2 exposure and barrier operations, and delivers high crimping precision. Available in a 3-head or 6-head configuration, STERICAP handles aluminium caps (with or without flip-off) and advanced closures such as add-vantage, bio-set and monovial.

Extreme sealing precision
Crimping is performed by rotating the vial against a single idle blade at the carousel centre, ensuring maximum sealing precision and minimal particle generation at the vial mouth.
