The XTREMA Series is a high-speed aseptic vial filling and stoppering machine engineered for pharmaceutical production of parenteral dosage forms. It minimises vial exposure to the environment and operators until sealing, and supports flexible process configurations with modular filling systems for liquids and powders.

Performance & process highlights
Throughput up to 600 vpm; up to 15 filling dosing units; filling volume range 0.10–100 mL. The system supports 100% IPC at high speed and uses anthropomorphic robotised nozzle carriers for precise liquid handling. Design minimises product loss through Quick Fit pumps and CIP/SIP readiness, and supports both continuous and intermittent transport modes selectable at the HMI.

Integration & containment
Designed for straightforward integration with isolator technology or other containment solutions. Modular frame enables easy installation of multiple filling systems (liquids and powders) and facilitates placement inside isolators or containment lines while preserving ergonomics and serviceability.
