OverviewSMART is a servo-driven liquid filling, stoppering and capping machine for aseptic pharmaceutical production. Engineered for small to medium batches, it handles glass and plastic vials in the SVP and, in specific variants, the LVP range. The machine supports full in-process control and is compatible with isolators, cRABS and cleanroom installations.

Machine versions- SMART – servo-driven filling, stoppering and capping machine for SVP. Up to 120 vpm in double index configuration with 100% IPC. Suitable for isolators, cRABS and cleanrooms; materials resistant to sanitizers and VPHP.
- SMART 300 – for medium to high batch production, fully servo-driven and configurable with aseptic dosing systems. Up to 300 vpm with 100% IPC. Designed for cleanrooms, isolators and containment solutions.
- SMART 300 LV – LVP variant with wide filling range 20–500 ml. Up to 200 vpm with 100% IPC. Includes features for product loss minimisation and supports CIP/SIP operations.
