Lumbo-sacral support corset AM-SO-02

Description
The AM-SO-02 lumbar back support with elastic fasteners is anatomically shaped to provide effective stabilization of the lumbar region. The back panel is made of Active3D™; front and lateral panels are made of AirRubber™; fastening belts are AirRubber III™. An optional lumbar pad (extra) with pressure points is available for increased compression over the lumbosacral area.

Materials / Technology
Active3D™
Thermoformed foam fabric made of closed-cell material. Reduces pressure from stays and splints, fully waterproof, does not absorb sweat, easy to clean, with external self-gripping layers. Can be thermoformed to functional shapes for braces.

AirRubber III™
Unidirectional elasticity: extends in length but not width for improved compression. Air channels between braids ensure breathability; under high compression provides gentle skin massage. Skin-friendly orthopedic rubber.

AirRubber™
Unidirectional elasticity with breathable perforated lamination allowing air circulation and a mild massage effect under compression. Skin-friendly.

Stiffenings / Lumbar supports
Low and high lumbar supports are injection-molded polyethylene embossed to mimic vertebral shape, preventing direct pressure on the spine, relieving back muscles and stiffening the lumbar or thoracolumbar region. Supports include manufacturer logo and seam path.

Orthopedic profiled stays
Made of spring steel with plastic coating and rounded ends; available in various widths, thicknesses and hardnesses; adapt to body shape while stabilizing the laterally protected area. Corrosion-resistant and washable without removal.

Orthopedic stays from ABS
Cut from ABS sheets to prevent wrinkling and uncontrolled movement of orthosis fabric; intended to stabilize fabric behavior rather than correct posture.

Paddings / 3D supports
3D relief supports made of supportive foams or EVA connected to skin-friendly materials; anatomically shaped to relieve rigid orthosis elements and ensure therapeutic effect.
