The ARTUS active corrective thoraco‑lumbo‑sacral orthosis (TLSO) is designed to support and actively correct spinal alignment while improving mobility and reducing pain. It is indicated for osteoporosis‑related compression fractures and other degenerative or traumatic lumbar/thoracic conditions that require professional stabilization and corrective support.

Product description
The orthosis features an anatomically shaped aluminum‑alloy back panel extending from the sacral region to the cervico‑thoracic transition, an adjustable abdominal belt, elastic supports and a functional waistcoat that provides additional compression and stabilization. The lightweight back panel can be contoured and readjusted to the patient’s therapeutic needs, including advanced kyphotic deformities. The wide wrap‑around abdominal belt increases intra‑abdominal pressure and supports trunk muscle engagement.
