Short description
The PCO-T-03 is a pediatric Lycra TLSO (thoracolumbosacral orthosis) with a thermoformed rigid back panel and crotch strap. It delivers targeted deep core compression to enhance proprioception, stabilize the torso and reduce involuntary movements in neurological and orthopedic conditions such as cerebral palsy and scoliosis.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
The orthosis combines a soft PowerElastic™ layer with a rigid back panel to provide consistent core compression and improved body awareness. PowerElastic™ is a thin, flexible spandex-based fabric that ensures close fitting, reduces muscle vibration, maintains skin microclimate and is Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certified. AeroSpace II™ is a lightweight 3D knitted polyester with spandex, featuring a self-gripping external layer for adjustable fit, high breathability and a structure that relieves mounted splints.

Usage note
The PCO-T-03 is intended as an adjunct to occupational and physical therapy. It is designed to reduce involuntary movements, normalize muscle tone and support therapeutic activities by increasing sensory input and proprioceptive feedback. Use under professional supervision according to patient assessment.
