Overview
The pediatric TLSO PCO-T-02 increases trunk stabilization and proprioceptive feedback for children with neurological disorders. The dynamic design featuring an X-back plastic panel and crotch strap complements occupational and physical therapy by reducing involuntary movements, normalizing muscle tone and enhancing therapeutic outcomes.

How does it work?
Constructed from soft PowerElastic™ fabric and an X-back plastic panel, the orthosis delivers targeted core compression to support tone regulation. PowerElastic™ is a thin, flexible spandex-based material that ensures consistent compression and fit, reduces muscle vibration during activity, maintains an appropriate skin microclimate with effective sweat drainage, and offers a velvety feel. PowerElastic™ is skin-friendly and certified to Oeko-Tex Standard 100.

The posterior section uses AeroSpace II™—a distance-elastic 3D knitted fabric with a two-layer structure and interlacing that provides thickness and relief properties. It combines high-strength polyester yarn with spandex for flexibility and includes an external self-gripping layer for easy adjustment. AeroSpace II™ is lightweight, breathable and promotes sweat drainage and air circulation while relieving mounted splints or stays and preserving compression and comfort.
