Description
The ATS Xtend™ LC On-/Offline is a semi-automated dissolution testing solution that performs unattended sampling, filtration, buffering/cooling and direct automated injection of collected dissolution samples into an external HPLC / UPLC system via the SAM sample manager. The system is designed to minimize time from sampling to injection and to reduce manual handling and associated errors.

Automation
The system automates sampling from dissolution vessels, pre-filtration and final filtration, buffering/collection in the SAM sample manager, and sequential injection into the connected chromatography unit. Parallel handling is supported so the SAM can inject samples continuously while collecting the next samples from running tests. Integrated routines can flush the injection loop to prevent carry-over.
