Overview
The CE 7smart UV On-/Offline is a flow-through cell dissolution testing system that integrates online UV-Vis analysis with the option to collect offline samples in an autosampler. It provides real-time dissolution data while enabling measured samples to be retained for alternative or confirmatory offline analyses. The system supports multiple photospectrometer types and flexible open or closed configuration options.

Compatible with biorelevant media (level 0–3) and on-the-fly pH changes for extended and delayed-release testing; suitable for poorly soluble compounds (BCS II and IV).

Volume flexibility
Operable volume range 50–5000 mL in open or closed configurations while maintaining consistent hydrodynamic conditions and reproducible dosage positioning.

Assessing subcutaneous injectable drug release
BioJect™ technology extends flow-through cell testing to subcutaneous peptide formulations using a 22.6 mm cell with an agarose hydrogel reservoir to control pore size and diffusion properties.
