OverviewFully automated system for direct injection of collected dissolution samples into HPLC / UPLC systems. Designed for end-to-end unattended dissolution testing workflows including media preparation, automated sampling, filtration, collection, direct LC injection and validated cleaning procedures.
Benefits- 100% DIRECT - Injection of samples from multiple dissolution runs directly into HPLC / UPLC systems.
- 100% AUTOMATED - Run a series of unattended tests overnight or over the weekend.
- 100% TRACEABLE - Program every time point and event of the dissolution profile including media preparation, standards, pH changes and cleaning.
- MEDIA - Fully automated media preparation, degassing and vessel filling with gravimetric confirmation of delivered volumes.
- TEST - Maximum repeatability with automated sampling, filtration, collection and direct injection.
- CLEAN - Validated cleaning procedures automatically executed between dissolution runs.
- FINE FILTRATION - Push-through filtration down to 0.2 microns for trouble-free LC injection.
AutomationThe system supports fully automated media preparation (heating, degassing), gravimetric volume confirmation, automated sampling and filtration, automated vial/wellplate collection and sequential direct injection into LC systems. High-precision piston pump heads enable short sampling intervals and robust handling of foaming media and fine porosity filters.
Highlights- Direct Injection. Filtration down to 0.2 μm enables direct LC injection and minimizes manual sample handling and transit time from collection to analysis.
- 100% Unattended. True end-to-end automation allowing multiple runs with automated cleaning between tests and integrated medium handling.
- Faster. Stronger. Better. High-precision piston pumps provide short sampling intervals and reliable filtration without syringe-pump limitations.
- Traceable Repeatability. Integrated protocolling, in-vessel volume monitoring and CenterView™ video monitoring ensure repeatable, fully traceable test execution.
- Compliance by Design. Self-centering vessels, quick-lock system and built-in data management compliant with 21 CFR part 11; AutoCompliance™ and q-doc® software for method and data management.
