Overview
The AT-F dissolution bath is a modular dissolution bath pre-configured for integration into fully automated Xtend™ dissolution systems. It is intended for automated dissolution workflows and manages complete test sequences with minimal manual intervention.

Multi-function head
The AT-F is pre-configured with a multi-function head that integrates up to eight functions per vessel, including media inlets, motorized waste cannulas, rotating spray nozzles, return lines, temperature probes and motorized sampling cannulas, enabling coordinated automated operations across Xtend™ modules.

SmartAdd™ tablet magazine
SmartAdd™ enables continuous test sequences: exchange complete tablet magazines or add samples during a running sequence. This supports automated DOE in R&D and routine QC testing by avoiding downtime and allowing preparation of subsequent runs while tests continue.

Fill vessels
When combined with the MP-F media preparation module, the AT-F fills vessels automatically. Media is dispensed down the vessel wall to avoid re-aeration. Delivered volumes are confirmed gravimetrically by MP-F and in-vessel volumes are monitored throughout the test.

Empty & Clean
Paired with the CS-F module, the AT-F automatically empties vessels at the end of runs and initiates programmed washing routines. Cleaning procedures can be customized and saved per product to ensure repeatable results.
