Description
The Kaye surface sensor adapter is a field-tested accessory for accurate surface temperature measurement with Kaye temperature sensors, including use in vacuum environments such as freeze-dryers. It secures different sensor types, improves surface reading accuracy and reduces setup-related errors, making it suitable for plate/shelf temperature monitoring during qualification studies.

Features

• Variable hole diameters with a spring-loaded mechanism for secure fixation of multiple Kaye sensor types.
• Compatible with Kaye thermocouples of various diameters and Pt-1000 flexible sensors from Kaye ValProbe and Kaye ValProbe RT data loggers.
• Special thermal pads improve surface contact and thermal transition between the measured surface and the sensor.
• Designed for precise, reproducible surface temperature measurements in freeze-drying applications, including vacuum conditions.
• Multiple connection options provide flexibility regardless of the Kaye sensor used.
