Description
The correct sensor or wire for the application and temperature range is a key element of any validation system. Kaye offers Type T thermocouple wires and preconfigured thermocouples in multiple constructions to match process and environmental requirements.

Product overview
Kaye introduces the Autobond Ultra‑Premium thermocouple wire designed to reduce moisture and steam leakage associated with standard Teflon™ jackets. Autobond construction removes the outer clear Teflon jacket and bonds to the internal conductors to eliminate internal air pockets. Wires are available in standard (premium) and Ultra‑Premium grades; Ultra‑Premium spools are produced and inspected for maximum purity and uniformity and shipped with a Certificate of Conformance.
