Functional principle
Class II safety cabinets with two HEPA filters: part of the filtered exhaust air is directed downward as a laminar "air stamp" for product protection while drawn-in room air creates an "air curtain" at the front panel that returns through the work surface slots to the air circulation system for operator protection. Particle-free exhaust air minimizes the risk of contaminating the laboratory environment.
