Overview The Integral twin is a swivel castor with a central total lock developed for hygiene-critical environments such as hospital and medical beds. It features a short stem with cam hole for profile bars and a pressed medium-grade steel housing. The wheel is polyamide with an injected electrically conductive polyurethane tread and sealed precision ball bearings. Washable versions must be sealed in the fitting area by the bed manufacturer.
