Overview

• Two-stage rotary vane pump with direct drive for laboratory and industrial backing applications.
• Consumes up to 36% less oil than comparable pumps and runs ~10°C cooler to reduce corrosion.
• 40% larger oil capacity on selected models to dilute aggressive vapors; chemical-resistant coating protects non-moving parts.
• Max pumping speed: 8 m3/h (133 l/min) at 50 Hz. Ultimate pressure (typical total): 2x10-3 mbar.

Key design features

• Gas ballast for handling condensable vapors.
• Forced oil lubrication for bearings and vanes.
• Anti-suckback mechanism to protect the system on shutdown.
• Thermal overload protection on the motor.

Notes

• Direct-drive rotary vane pumps like the CRVpro series are not recommended for prolonged filtration, sustained aspiration, drying of electrophoresis gels, or tasks requiring continuous operation above ~30 torr.
