Overview Manual microwave-assisted peptide synthesis and cleavage using a compact, versatile workstation designed for the Biotage® Initiator+. Supports both solution‑phase and solid‑phase microwave peptide synthesis. Supplied with reusable microwave peptide vials in two sizes (2–5 mL and 10–20 mL) suitable for syntheses on a 50–500 µmol scale. Vials are simple to assemble and comprise a glass vial barrel, disposable HDPE frit, check valve and snap cap with septum. A compact wash station with adjustable vacuum head enables fast emptying and washing of vials and transfer of collected material to standard lab containers.

• Compact wash station with height-adjustable vacuum head for rapid emptying and washing; collected materials can be transferred to standard laboratory containers (GL 45 bottles, centrifuge tubes, round-bottom flasks)
• Vacuum seal options: Viton (standard); Kalrez available as an option
