Description
The ITGen Feline Coronavirus Antigen Rapid Test is designed for early detection and epidemiological screening of feline coronavirus infection. FCoV can precede feline infectious peritonitis (FIP); certain mutants may cause severe immune-mediated disease. Unlike PCR, which may require laboratory processing and may not distinguish enteric from pathogenic variants, this rapid antigen test provides fast on-site screening results.

How to use?
Feces sample: Unseal the extraction tube with buffer. Place the tube on a clean surface. Use the swab to collect fresh feces or rectal sample. Insert the swab into the buffer and rotate more than 10 times. Close the buffer tube. Remove the test device from the foil pouch and place it on a flat surface. Add three drops (≈90 μL) of the mixed specimen vertically into the specimen well (S).

Ascites sample: Unseal the extraction tube with buffer. Use a dropper to draw ascites sample and add one drop (≈30 μL) into the buffer. Close and mix. Remove the test device from the foil pouch and place it on a flat surface. Add three drops (≈90 μL) of the mixed specimen vertically into the specimen well (S).

Interpretation of Results
Positive (+): Both C line and T line visible (T line may be strong or faint).
Negative (-): Only a clear C line appears.
Invalid: No colored line appears in the C region, regardless of T line.
