The ITGen Feline Fecal Occult Blood Rapid Test is an immunochromatographic lateral flow assay using specific antibodies to detect trace hemoglobin components in fecal samples and produces a color reaction in the detection area for rapid visual interpretation. It is designed for quick, non-invasive screening of gastrointestinal microbleeding in companion animals and for use in veterinary clinics, pet hospitals and farms.

How to use

• Check product contents and ensure testing at room temperature (15–30℃).
• Place the test device on a clean, level surface.
• Unscrew the cap of the specimen collection tube and stab the collection tip into the fecal specimen at least 3 different sites (do not scoop the specimen).
• Screw the cap onto the specimen collection tube and shake vigorously to mix specimen and extraction buffer.
• Holding the tube upright, remove the tip, discard the first two drops, then transfer 3 drops (approximately 90 μL) to the specimen well(s) of the test cassette and start the timer. Close the cap of the buffer tube.

Interpretation of Results
Positive (+): Both C line and T line appear (T line may be strong or faint).
Negative (-): Only a clear C line appears.
Invalid: No colored line appears in the C region, regardless of T line appearance.
