Detailed Description
This rapid antigen test does not require laboratory equipment and is suitable for use in veterinary hospitals, clinics and for on-site pet care. It provides results in minutes and is appropriate for rapid diagnosis and monitoring of gastrointestinal signs potentially associated with H. pylori infection, such as chronic gastritis, recurrent vomiting and anorexia. Traditional methods (culture, PCR) require specialized equipment, longer processing times and complex sample handling, limiting their routine use in veterinary practice. Early detection of H. pylori infection supports timely clinical intervention and monitoring, as the infection can cause chronic mucosal inflammation, tissue damage and increase the risk of ulcers.

How to use?
1. Verify kit contents and ensure ambient temperature is 15–30°C before testing.
2. Unseal the buffer tube and place it upright in the workstation.
3. Use the swab to collect fresh feline feces or obtain a rectal swab sample, then insert the swab into the buffer.
4. Rotate the swab at least 10 times and close the buffer tube cap.
5. Remove the test device from the foil pouch and place it on a clean, flat surface.
6. Add three drops (≈90 µL) of prepared specimen vertically into the sample well of the test device.

Interpretation of Results

• Positive (+): Both C and T lines appear (any T line intensity).
• Negative (−): Only a clear C line appears.
• Invalid: No colored line at C region, regardless of T line.
